He's Out!!!!

Of the isolette that is!!! Nathaniel was taken out of the isolette this weekend and moved into an open "box" and he is holding his temperature wonderfully. He was up to 4lbs 5oz as of last night and getting 36ccs of breast milk every three hours. I was able to feed him this weekend with the help of a wonderful lactation consultant. Nathaniel did so great, latched perfectly and successfully nursed for about 10 minutes. Chad is going up this afternoon and should be able to feed him from a bottle. They start with one feeding a day from either the bottle or me and then increase as he gets stronger. We can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Once Nathaniel is completely off the feeding tube he will be able to come home!
