We had a very nice but busy weekend. Chad was gone on Saturday for a match so Nathaniel and I played at home and spent most of the day outside enjoying the beautiful weather and hanging out with the neighbors.

On Sunday we all headed to Fredericksburg - Chad in the Jeep and Nathaniel and I in my car. Chad and I have talked about selling the Jeep and buying a truck for sometime now. As much as we love the Jeep it doesn't serve much of a purpose and we need a truck to haul stuff. So we went to see what Carmax would give us for it. Took pretty much the whole day and we drove back in 2 separate vehicles so as you can tell Carmax did NOT offer enough money to buy our Jeep. Nathaniel however loved playing in the kids area at the dealership and we all had a yummy lunch at Chili's!

Monday was Columbus Day so Chad had the day off and there was a truck at a Waldorf dealership that he wanted to take a look at and see what we could get for the Jeep on a trade. Nathaniel and I stayed home to get somethings around here done and allow for nap time. Several hours later and lots of fun back and forth with the dealership Chad was able to reach an agreement. So after Nathaniel woke up from his nap we headed to Waldorf to meet Chad and finish signing the paperwork. Its a little sad to say we no longer have the Jeep but we are the new owners 2007 Ford F150 truck. At least we will be able to haul our own stuff now and not have to schedule around Pop's trips to MD!
