Disney - Final Thoughts

Disney provided a magnificent vacation for our family! I think we picked a perfect time of year to go - the crowds were moderate and the weather was warm and sunny. Nathaniel being age 4 almost 5 proved to be the perfect age for a first visit to Disney. It is very expensive and really all who go should just accept that fact because it isn't going to change. Yes there are ways to save but its still expensive no matter how you look at it. We did the Disney quick service dining plan and while all our food was yummy and we had plenty we could have probably saved by not having the dining plan - you live and learn. Our resort, the Caribbean Beach Resort, was fantastic and I would definitely stay there again! The cast members (Disney staff) did an excellent job making everyone feel welcome and offering to help with anything and everything. Disney is an exhausting vacation. We did very little resting but we knew going into it we wouldn't be sitting on the beach for 5 days. So we went, we had fun and we made the most of it. It took 2 weeks to recover - yes you read that correctly 2 weeks at least for this mom! Will we go again....maybe!
