Within the past couple of months or so Nathaniel has really started enjoying looking at picture books. We also read story books every night before bed and usually a couple times during the day. He has lots of picture books that have animals, toys, etc in them and our game is he points to a picture and I tell him what it is. Since we have been doing this he can now pick out most of the items if I ask him to find a specific picture - ie dog, cat, duck, car, ball, etc. He is such a smart little guy!
