Snow, Puppies, Lambs & Grammy

So the title, while a little strange, sums up the last few days around here. We got more snow last week and Chad was able to stay home and play. He and Nathaniel built "Mr. Big Snow" and had a fun time playing outside.

 

 

My mom called on Friday to see what we had planned for the weekend. As it turns out we didn't really have anything going on and she and Meagan wanted to come visit and pick up a new puppy for Meagan from our friend Carla in Davidsonville. Grammy and Meagan arrived about 1pm on Saturday and after getting settled we headed to Davidsonville to see Carla. Its lambing season on the farm so Carla let Nathaniel see and hold day old lambs. Grammy already has a puppy from Carla and now Meagan has a litter-mate. The puppies are very cute and we had a great time playing with them on Saturday night and Sunday morning.



 

So meet Mom's new Puppy Mia and Meagan's new puppy Johnny!

 



They are both very cute and sweet puppies, although Mia is meaner and already a bad puppy. Grammy is working on that and she will be good soon! I am so happy they came to visit this weekend and only wish they could have stayed longer!

And as a side note and for those that are wondering Nathaniel is better. The pain in his feet is not bothering him anymore and he is walking with no limp in his braces and much better out of them. I think this "episode" has passed and now we just wait and see what happens. Thanks for all the kind comments, thoughts and prayers!
